Her research work, carried out in collaboration with Centre de recherche industrielle du Québec (CRIQ), focused on the conversion of municipal waste using biomethanation and composting. She also worked with a Université Laval research team on the biological treatment of compost leachate on farms. In the spring of 2015 she joined IRDA as a research assistant, where she is involved in air quality research projects that concern the impact of farming practices on air quality, the characterization of gas and odour compounds in buildings and in the field, and the design and operation of biological treatment systems for airborne emissions.
