Marie-Ève Tremblay (agr., M. Sc.) completed a bachelor's degree in agronomy in 2006. She furthered her studies by obtaining a master's degree in soil and the environment at Université Laval in 2008. Before joining the IRDA team in 2015, Marie-Ève worked as a soil and environment research assistant at Université Laval, as an agri-environmental adviser at Coop Seigneurie, and as a project manager for the Bras d’Henri priority watershed. Marie-Ève is very familiar with the realities farmers face. During her career she has worked for dairy, sheep, cattle and horse farms, as well as companies involved in seed potato production. She is committed to sustainable development and the preservation of family farming.
