Maude Langelier (M.Sc.) holds a bachelor's degree in biology and a master's degree in plant biology from Université Laval. Her master's project focused on the impact on wheat crop yields of combining green manure nitrogen inputs—derived from legume or non-legume sources—with mineral or organic fertilizers. Before joining IRDA she worked as a research assistant at Université Laval and at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada on projects related to cover crops used in field crop production. At IRDA since 2020, Maude has participated in projects that aim to better understand soil nutrient (nitrogen and phosphorus) dynamics in conventional or organic field crops and market garden crops.
