About

Vincent Philion (agr., M.Sc.) earned his master's degree from McGill University in 1995. His master’s thesis focused on the biological control of apple scab. He has been with IRDA since its creation in 1998 by Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation du Québec.
