About

Julie Forest-Drolet (B.Sc.) holds a bachelor's degree in agronomy from Université Laval with a specialization in soil and the environment. She is currently working toward a master’s degree in plant biology in which she focuses on the effects of various farming practices on soil organic matter. Before coming to IRDA she worked as a research assistant at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada on projects related to soil biochemistry and nutrients. Julie joined the IRDA team in 2020 and is assisting with the revisions to Québec’s fertilization reference charts.
